If you do not have access to the police section of the CAD or have no perms to change your callsign, etc. - contact an administrator.
Firstly, navigate your way to the Police
section of the CAD which is where you will carry out your calls, records, etc.
Use the guide bellow to learn about each area of the CAD.
Here, you can edit your callsign, department, etc. so that the dispatcher can identify you.
Fill in the appropriate fields to match the unit you are currently playing as.

Finally, just click save and your unit will update.
You can also have multiple units stored in your account by pressing the Switch Identifier
button.
These buttons help dispatch to know what your current status is, edit this to make sure others know whether you want to be bothered or not.
BUSY
You are currently handling something else.
UNAVAILABLE
You are unavailable to do any police work.
AVAILABLE
You are available for calls.
ENROUTE
You are en route to a call.
ON SCENE
You are on scene of a call.
PANIC
For emergency use only - triggers an all unit response.
This area is where you can find your current call's information such as location, attached units, etc.
When dispatched to a call, the description will be read out to you and it will appear on your screen, contact a dispatcher to change your call information.
This area is where you can search up licenses, vehicles, and documents.
Here, you can search up records using different search types. This will allow you to see records about people and vehicles which can be especially useful on traffic stops.
Use this area to search up records made by you, and add new records such as BOLOs and arrest reports. It is very important that you log everything that you can.
This is where you can find extra tools and the way back to the main menu.
When you take action, you are required to fill out a record so that other officers know that the person you have taken action on has had previous action taken.
ARREST
Log an arrest you have made.
BOLO
Create a BOLO on a vehicle / person for other officers to pick up on when the person is later found.
WARRANT
Request permission from the government to search, arrest, etc. a person or location.
GENERAL CITATION
For crimes that relate to a person or item.
VEHICLE CITATION
For crimes committed by a vehicle.
Fill in the appropriate fields on all records made - they are pretty self explanatory.
